These Terms set out the rules for using the Globalminds site and the conditions for providing online educational services.
General provisions

Definitions
- Site — the website available at globalminds.pl.
- Services — group classes, individual lessons, mentoring and extra lectures described on the Offer page.
- Participant — a person using the Services; for minors, the contract is concluded by a parent or legal guardian.
Scope of services
The detailed scope, format and price of each Service are presented on the Offer page and agreed individually before classes begin. Classes are held remotely using video-conferencing tools.
Concluding a contract and enrolment
- Contacting us through the form or by email does not constitute a contract.
- A contract is concluded once the scope of Services, schedule and price are agreed and enrolment is confirmed by both parties.
- Participation of a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Payments

Complaints

Intellectual property
Teaching materials made available as part of the Services are protected by copyright and may be used only for the Participant's own use. Further distribution requires the provider's consent.
