General provisions

The service provider is Globalminds [full legal name], registered at [address], tax ID (NIP) [•]. Contact: kontakt@globalminds.pl, phone +48 795 042 222.

Definitions

  • Site — the website available at globalminds.pl.
  • Services — group classes, individual lessons, mentoring and extra lectures described on the Offer page.
  • Participant — a person using the Services; for minors, the contract is concluded by a parent or legal guardian.

Scope of services

The detailed scope, format and price of each Service are presented on the Offer page and agreed individually before classes begin. Classes are held remotely using video-conferencing tools.

Concluding a contract and enrolment

  • Contacting us through the form or by email does not constitute a contract.
  • A contract is concluded once the scope of Services, schedule and price are agreed and enrolment is confirmed by both parties.
  • Participation of a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Payments

The amount and due date of payment are agreed individually and confirmed before a cycle of classes begins. [To complete: payment methods, deadlines, invoices.]

Cancelling and rescheduling classes

[To complete: rules for cancellation by the Participant and the provider, notice periods, make-up class rules.]

Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@globalminds.pl. A complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act. [To complete: exceptions, model withdrawal form, consent to begin performance before the deadline expires.]

Intellectual property

Teaching materials made available as part of the Services are protected by copyright and may be used only for the Participant's own use. Further distribution requires the provider's consent.

Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These Terms may be amended; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
